OTCPharm is building $50 million pharmaceutical production in the Kaliningrad region.
Kaliningrad Region Development Corporation JSC and OTCPharm Pro JSC signed an agreement to lease a land plot in the the Khrabrovo industrial park. The company is to construct a new $50 million plant on 6.4 ha land plot which will produce a wide range of medicine, including antiviral, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, antifungals and anxiolytics. 300 new jobs will be created. OTCPharm, the largest pharmaceutical company in Russia, has transferred its legal entity from Cyprus to Kaliningrad SAR and is currently building a new $50 million plant in the Kaliningrad Special Economic Zone.
